Choices Hire can provide any level of support from giving simple advice based on our years of experience to handling all the details and arrangements for you.
The first formal stage is a face to face consultation to ensure we understand exactly what your requirements are (theme to be used etc). We will offer advice and suggestions for you to consider and agree where appropriate before the consultation is concluded. From that initial meeting we will usually produce a schedule of resources required and prices either for your agreement or further refinement.
Naturally, some requirements can change between the planning phase and implementation. We understand any event may need a date change, thematic change etc. and make all reasonable adjustments to accommodate the alterations right up to the date of the event itself. We pride ourselves on maintaining contact with you to ensure nothing is assumed or 'left to chance' on the day of the event.
Included in the schedule of resources is the minimum number of staff (if required by you) to manage the event on the day. If a traffic plan is necessary we will compile that plan.
Events requiring staff and services outside our own resources will be provided on the provision that sourcing only comes from professional, accredited and experienced suppliers of the highest standards reflecting the business ethos of Choices Hire Services.
