NEW TO OUR CLEANING AND HYGIENE PROCESS

THE CUTLERY POLISHER

In order to increase the standard of our equipment, we have introduced a Cutlery Polisher to assist in the quality and shine of our cutlery. Once thoroughly rinsed by hand and then washed at high temperatures through our commercial dish washing system, the cutlery is put into the cutlery polisher which gives it the added beneift of:

Effectively removing watermarks
Achieving a consistently high sheen
Eliminating cross-contamination from dirty cloths
Passing the cutlery through UV light, which kills any bacteria.
